Author Box Element

The Author Box Element will help you dynamically display the author of the post onto the page. A simple drag and drop of the element will allow you to add and customize the author box with ease. 


Content Tab 

Author Box

  1. Source - Here you can determine to have the author information dynamically pulled. Or if you choose Custom you can add static information regarding the author. 
  2. Avatar - This option will be dynamically generated you can choose to either show or hide it. If on Custom mode then you can add the image for the author 
  3. HTML Tag - Choose the HTML tag for the author's name 
  4. Biography - This option will be dynamically generated where you can choose to either show or hide the biography. If on Custom mode then you can add the author's biography
  5. Archive Button - Choose to either show or hide the archive button 
  6. Archive Text - Here type in the text for the archive button 


Style Tab 

Image

  1. Vertical Alignment - Align the author's image to be shown either Top, Center, or Bottom 
  2. Size - Set the size of the author's image
  3. Gap - Set the space between the author's image and the content 
  4. Border Type - Choose to add a border for the author's image, select either Solid, Double, Dotted, Dashed, or Groove. Control the width of the border as well as set a color for the border. 
  5. Border Radius - Set the border-radius for the author's image to make it round 
  6. Box Shadow - Choose to add a shadow to the author's image

Text

Name
  1. Color - Set the color for the author's name 
  2. Typography - Tweak the typography options for the author's name 
  3. Gap - Set the space between the author's name and the content 
Biography
  1. Color - Set the color for the author's biography 
  2. Typography - Tweak the typography options for the author's biography 
  3. Gap - Set the space between the author's biography and the archive button 
Button
  1. Text Color - Set the color for the button's text 
  2. Background Color - Set the background color for the button 
  3. Typography - Tweak the typography options for the button's text 
  4. Border Type - Set a border for the button. Select either Solid, Double, Dotted, Dashed, or Groove. Control the width of the border as well as set a color for the border.
  5. Border Radius - Set border-radius to make the button rounder 
  6. Padding - Set the padding for the button 


Set the settings for the Advanced Tab that is appropriate for the element.
